By attending this service or event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• The purpose of this statement is to let you know that at NBCFC, we value the way in which photos, video, and other media help our community awareness and visibility grow when viewed or posted online.
• Accordingly, photography, videography, live streaming, and other recording may be in progress at NBCFC’s church services, ministry activities, classes, programs, and other church events.
• By participating in NBCFC’s church services, ministry activities, classes, programs, and other events:
  • You consent to be photographed, videoed, or otherwise recorded.
  • You grant permission for NBCFC to use recordings containing your image, likeness, voice, or statements, without compensation.
  • You agree to release and hold harmless NBCFC from any liabilities involving the use of your image, likeness, voice, or statements.

If you do not wish to appear in any recordings or images, please notify a member of our team before the service/event begins, and we will make reasonable accommodations.
